Relationship therapy for couples who feel distant, stuck, or those who are navigating change or a breakdown in trust
Couples therapy
Most couples experience periods of disconnect and communication break-down at points in the relationship, particularly when life throws challenges our way. You may love each other deeply, yet still feel misunderstood, hurt and unsure how to move forward.
Couples arrive in therapy for different reasons, including:
❋ to navigate big life changes such as parenthood or relocation
❋ to process trauma, grief, fertility issues, separation or illness
❋ to resolve conflict
❋ to rebuild trust after a betrayal
❋ to explore sex and intimacy
In sessions, we slow things down and make space to understand what’s happening for each of you, as well as what might playing out between you.
We will identify patterns and explore new ways of communicating and seeing one another. Assessments will always be with all partners, but one-off individual sessions may be suggested.
