BACP registered integrative counsellor and sex and relationships therapist in training, offering individual open-ended talking therapy in Peckham, London, SE15, and online.
ABOUT ME
I am an integrative counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Passionate about inclusivity and diversity in therapy, I provide a non-judgemental safe space for you to explore life and navigate its challenges.
Whether you are going through a difficult time, struggling with relationships or feeling stuck, therapy can help you deepen your understanding of yourself and others and help you rewrite narratives that may be holding you back or causing you distress.

I am currently in further training with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology - CICS, to become a psychosexual and relationships therapist. I am a student member of COSRT and will be taking a waitlist of clients to start working with in September/ October. I will be offering reduced rates for psychosexual clients at this time of £50-60.

With a background in sociology and contemporary history, I recognise that our environment and social structures significantly impact us as individuals, and I bring this awareness to the counselling room where relevant. I have volunteered in community projects and mentoring schemes for over 15 years and welcome clients from all backgrounds.
Counselling
I integrate psychodynamic, person-centred and existential therapy to meet you where you are at in the here and now, consider the impact of past events and relationships, and help you to find meaning and ways of moving forward.
Sessions are a space for us to explore collaboratively and are led by you and the content you wish to bring. I will listen with empathy and compassion, sometimes challenging or offering an alternative perspective.

I work with a range of issues including: Self-esteem, identity, grief, loss, sex, relationships, feeling 'stuck', trauma, anxiety and depression.

My previous career spanned the charity, education and publishing sectors, so I understand the challenges of working in these different environments, and can help those navigating career changes or work-related stress.
Psychosexual Therapy
Psychosexual therapy is designed to help individuals and couples address medical, psychological, personal, and/or interpersonal factors impacting on sexual satisfaction.

Many people experience issues with sex and relationships at some point in their lives, and psychosexual therapy offers a space to explore these sometimes taboo and shame-inducing topics with an understanding and compassionate other.
Therapy can help us better understand and accept ourselves, and have more fulfilling relationships and healthy and satisfying sex lives - in whatever way that feels right for us.

I offer support with the following:
• Erection problems
• Premature/early ejaculation
• Delayed ejaculation
• Low desire (any gender)
• Pain and penetration problems (vaginismus, vulvodynia etc.)
• Orgasm problems
• Concerns with kinks and fetishes
• LGBTQ+
• Gender & identity exploration
• Compulsive sexual behaviours
• Childhood sexual abuse
• Sexual violence
• Sexual health related concerns
• Fertility related concerns

BOOKING AND FEES
Book an assessment session
To get a sense of how it feels to work together, I suggest booking an in-person (or online) 50 minute assessment session. Here we will talk about your current situation and what you hope to gain from therapy. While the format will not be dissimilar to a standard session, there will also be time to discuss next steps and any other questions you may have about the process.
Price and availability
I work in person at HumanKind Psychotherapy, close to Peckham Rye Station on Monday and Thursday evenings, and offer limited online sessions. Get in touch to discuss options.

Sessions, including the assessment, are £80.
Ongoing sessions
Once you have taken time to reflect on whether you want to work together, and I have considered that my ways of working are suited to your needs, ongoing 50 minute sessions will take place at the same time on a weekly basis over an open-ended period. We can also discuss a particular timeframe if appropriate.
